All of our products are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be completed before shipping, unless specified differently in the product description.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Shipping time frames will vary depending on your location:
National Post (without tracking) 5-20 business days
Standard 3-6 business days
Please Note:
- Due to the current COVID-19 situation, delivery companies may experience unexpected delays for which Zoi&Co is not responsible.
- Shipping time estimates do not include the Production Times.
- Zoi&Co is not responsible for fees incurred by customs and/or duties.
MY PACKAGE DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME, WILL I GET A REFUND?
Please take into consideration that all delivery dates are approximate when placing an order. Unfortunately, while we do our best to process orders quickly, we rely on our shipping partners to get it to you on time. Zoi&Co cannot be held responsible for postage delays once your order has left our care. A delayed package does not qualify for a refund.
Please Note:
- If National Post is selected, Zoi&Co nor the customer will be able to track the whereabouts of the order.
- In case of loss or misplacement, orders without tracking do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
- Zoi&Co cannot be held responsible for postage delays once your order has left our care.
