We work mainly with Wood and Acrylic. Please note: Items with fine cut-out details (under 2mm thick) are not available in Wood as this makes the item too fragile to ship.

Yes, we do! Send us an email at info@zoiandco.com with your .ai file or write us a message with your idea and material requirements, we will get back to you with a quote as soon as we can!

For made-to-order items, please allow up to 8 business days for your order to be completed before shipping. 

For standard items from our store, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be completed before shipping.

Please note: These time frames do not include shipping time.

Our website displays all product prices including the tax rates from your country - this is a new trade regulation within the EU - If you didn’t accept the cookie settings or are browsing in “incognito mode” the corresponding taxes will be added at checkout depending upon your state.

Only one promo code can be used per order. Sale items and some of the items from other brands eg. Colour Mill, cannot be discounted.
